Method
Type a waterfront street. The local waterway graph walks seaward to the inlet and returns the bottleneck: least depth, lowest fixed span, narrowest cut, and a recommended LOA. The homes desk lives under the waterway section as a sub-tool. Manufacturer spec sheets feed the yacht catalog; years exist only when the OEM table actually changed. Gear and marina extras exist only when the install or apron answer changes.
Citations
Clearances and depths are public planning figures joined to named spans and edges. Yacht and gear numbers come from manufacturer pages cited on the hub. We do not scrape YachtWorld, Boats Group, or Waterway Guide. We do not invent a Miami or Palm Beach site from Fort Lauderdale geometry, and we do not keep the old learning pages in the main navigation.
