Fiesta Way north of Las Olas Boulevard is a 55 ft-wide cut under a 9 ft fixed span. 11 ft of depth is not the constraint; air draft and beam are. A Harbor Beach 150-footer does not live here, and neither does a Las Olas south-wall 140-footer. Recommended LOA is about 70 ft with the tower down and a bow thruster you trust. South of the boulevard the same isle alignment opens up; north of it, the Las Olas concrete is the entire overlay. Type this street when someone sends a listing that only says the Isles.
