Harbor Beach is the 12 ft, 160 ft-wide residential canal east of the ICW, with a 240 ft turning basin that will take a 180 ft guest without a three-point panic. There is no 9 ft fixed isle span on the way in: Port Everglades is minutes away and the 17th Street Causeway at 55 ft closed is the air-draft conversation. Cordova Road and South Beach Drive bulkheads are built for beam. This is not Fiesta Way, not Victoria Park, and not a Las Olas finger. If the program is above 80 ft with the tower standing, this is the first overlay we draw.
