Hendricks Isle is the slender cut where the south finger shoals to about 6.5 ft and the north-of-boulevard lots die under a 12 ft fixed Las Olas span — not the 31 ft ICW draw, and not Fiesta Way 9 ft concrete. Canal width is about 75 ft with a 100 ft turning basin; recommended LOA is 75 ft. Beam and bow thruster matter more than advertised length. A 90 ft explorer is asking this island to be Las Olas south or Harbor Beach, which it is not.
