Las Olas Isles

Las Olas Isles is a 9.5 ft fairway with about 120 ft of canal width and a 180 ft turning basin — enough for a 140 ft motor yacht on selected south walls, not a Harbor Beach 12 ft / 160 ft basin. From Port Everglades the inlet air gate is the 17th Street Causeway at 55 ft closed. That number does not describe Fiesta Way north of Las Olas Boulevard, where a 9 ft fixed span and a 55 ft cut are a different overlay. Quote the Isles only after the street is named; beam and which side of the boulevard matter more than a shared zip code.
