Downtown New River has 8 ft on the main stem and 140 ft of width — enough hull, wrong bridges. SE 3rd Avenue sits about 16 ft closed; Andrews Avenue about 21 ft; west of that the FEC Railroad Bridge is about 4 ft until it opens. Recommended residential LOA is 90 ft only for a program that treats bridge tenders as crew and does not need to live west of the railroad. Mega-yacht traffic uses this corridor as a transit to the yards, not as a backyard berth.
