Nurmi Isles sits off the ICW just north of Las Olas Boulevard, so the air-draft conversation is the Las Olas ICW drawbridge at about 31 ft closed — not the 17th Street Causeway, and not Hendricks Isle 12 ft fixed span. 7.5 ft of water will take a typical motor yacht; a deep convertible wants the outside lots. Canal width is about 85 ft with a 120 ft turning basin, which is why recommended LOA stops near 90 ft. A full-beam arrival with breeze on the quarter is the real limit, not brochure length.
