Out-of-water survey

A haul survey in Fort Lauderdale often means a New River travel-lift. Lauderdale Marine Center is the campus we name. The surveyor can see the bottom. The buyer still has to get the yacht under SE 3rd Avenue or accept a different haul geography.

Typical: out-of-water inspection, moisture, running gear, then a short in-water systems run. If the listing sits on Harbor Beach with a standing tower, LMC may be the wrong straps. Use an ocean-basin haul partner instead. Not survey advice.

Typical planning figures and neighborhood patterns only. Not legal, tax, insurance, or survey advice. Confirm with counsel, the city, the carrier, and a surveyor before you act.

Must every pre-purchase haul at LMC?

No. Ocean-basin lifts exist for hulls that should not do the river.
