Las Olas to Port Everglades is the run owners think they bought with the house. The fairway is nine and a half feet. The ICW is deeper. 17th Street is about fifty-five feet closed. The boulevard span at thirty-one feet is the local air-draft if you live on Nurmi, not the Causeway.
From an outer-isle wall the ICW is short: Las Olas at ~31 ft if you live on Nurmi’s boulevard water, 17th Street at ~55 ft before the commercial mouth. Fiesta Way at ~9 ft is only your first obstacle if the house is north of that fixed span. First shoal is a finger, not the ICW. Bahia Mar is the control basin on the way. Distance is nothing; cruise traffic is the last mile. Approximate. Map deep link included.

Do I pass Bahia Mar?
On the ICW corridor, yes. It is the control basin on the way to the Causeway.
