Las Olas Boulevard Bridge on the ICW: ~31 ft closed

- full tuna-tower convertibles
- auxiliary sail with mast up
Las Olas Boulevard over the ICW is the air-draft number Nurmi, Hendricks, and the outer Isles actually live with. Closed clearance is about thirty-one feet. A Prestige 590 flybridge often passes. A Viking 68 with the tower up does not. Owners confuse this span with 17th Street’s fifty-five feet and then discover the boulevard is a different product.
Obstacle 2 is the ICW Las Olas bridge, not the nine-foot fixed span on Fiesta Way. Those two names share a street and not a geometry. If the program is a residential isle north of the boulevard, you still have the skinny finger bridges at twelve and nine feet — see Fiesta Way. If the program is ICW frontage, thirty-one feet is the conversation. We overlay related zones Las Olas Isles, Nurmi, Hendricks. Map trace from Sunrise Key south will hit this span before Port Everglades. Approximate public clearance.
