Idlewyld finger docks versus an ICW Las Olas wall
Idlewyld is ~14 ft at the boulevard and ~8 ft in the fingers. An ICW-facing Isles wall is a different entrance that happens to share Las Olas in the listing.
An Idlewyld finger dock is a fourteen-foot flybridge problem with a house attached. Listings that say the boat “fits Las Olas” usually measured the ICW span at thirty-one feet. North of the boulevard here, they did not. Depth in the eights is kinder than Hendricks south at six and a half and still not Harbor Beach. HOA texture is close-lot residential: generator hours, lifts, no secret marina. Ask which side of the street the pilings are on before we introduce a dock.
