Victoria Park HOA: 4.5 ft laterals and 16 ft river air draft

Victoria Park is a real Fort Lauderdale subdivision with a real HOA texture and a canal overlay that is not Rio Vista. Four and a half feet at the back. Sixteen feet closed on the New River to even get there. Boards here argue about lifts and trailers. The water argues about physics. We keep the HOA URL so a Victoria Park listing does not inherit the Rio Vista seven-foot story.

Boards here still think in trailers and davits. The overlay is 4.5 ft in the back canals and 16 ft at SE 3rd to arrive — a double no for a convertible, a maybe for a Whaler 420.
