Hendricks south is the finger that photographs like the rest of Las Olas and sounds like a different product. Six and a half feet. The fairway to the north of the island is nine and a half. Buyers who “measured Las Olas” measured the wrong cut. A six-foot draft sportfish sits here as a spring-low apology, not as a lifestyle.

Obstacle 16 on edge 33. Width ~75 ft. The boulevard span on the island is a separate twelve-foot kill for anyone whose dock is north of Las Olas. Outer ICW-facing walls are not this shoal.
