Hendricks Isle Las Olas span: ~12 ft plus the 6.5 ft south shoal

Hendricks Isle is where a twelve-foot boulevard span and a six-and-a-half-foot south shoal share a street name. Owners who cleared the ICW Las Olas bridge in their head still meet this cut if the house is north of the boulevard. A 54-foot convertible with the tower standing is not a Hendricks north-finger boat. A 70-foot motoryacht with modest air draft on the south ICW wall is a different entrance.
